Kek Lapis Sarawak (Layer Kek)

I bit crazy about layer kek or "Kek lapis Sarawak".

Admire most the design and of coz the taste.

This cake I baked during last weekend.

3 hours in the kitchen giving me suffers but the end results had made me smile.

Sorry guys its not for sale yet. I still in R&D mode =p

I planned to bake another layer cake this coming weekend.

so wait for the update and hope it will much better than this.

This cake needs extra 101 % patient but I'm not.

Actually it was my 3rd attempt and self learning.

• My 1st attempts was fail because I didn't control the oven.
• My 2nd attempts was failed because I'm no so patient enough to layer the cake one by one.
• Lucky on the 3rd attempts..its works..daaa..

But I needs to improve lots more on the layer and so on.

I just follow the design drawn by her with some modification.

Which made my task much more easier.

"Jet' ai me" is a French words.

Given a meaning "I LOVE YOU"

the frog design is from the previous cupcakes "FROG CUPCAKES"
