Neapolitan cake

aaaaa......finally.....I've made it...after a loooooong busy month.

Baked this evening for tea time.

Both my husband and son ,they loved it so much.

R&D session with my lil sister for 1st trail almond macaroon.
crossed fingers.

Output :
taste is okay but I guess its not suitable for any diabetic person ^_^
the looks almost fail as we don't get the flat looks. Ours having the peak on it .
through the reading we assume maybe the white egg and the ground almond wasn't accurate.
Too stiffed and too much.

by the way..its a good snack and crunchy texture. No wonder people crazy for it.

my choc lava

I'm stress with the final exam which just around the corner .
So its had make my tummy going yummy
Hurm..choc bar checked ...eggs checked...
Turn on the oven and just bake..
errmmm...I always loved hot cake and with melted choc inside it...then I should say..
I'm not stress anymore.

just done with the R&D in my little kitchen.
I've try to bake some blueberry cupcakes also did some invention on the buttercream.

Orange Cake

Hi Ladies...

I just done making this orange cake for my tea time.

Its so delicious to be eat without any topping.

For this cake ,I have substitute fresh orange juice with 5 spoonful of Sun-quick orange cordial.

Its ready to be served. Waiting for someone to eat.

cotton cheese cake trail 1

1st trail of cotton cheese cake but I'm not satisfied :(

next time I need to add more flour and wrap my baking tin with aluminum paper which I'd forgot..hehehe...(baked using water bath)

so far its okay..everyone loved the soft cottony texture.

5 minutes later...all done..

I wanna try this recipe again next time. Unsatisfied lol

Plain Cake

This was a weakest week ever for me.

where I was end up lay down on bed for whole day.

Losing an appetite to eat for almost 5 days.

Thanks God, I was slowly recoverd.

So last night I felt like to eat someting sweet yet fluffy.

End up with this cake.

it should be marble cake but I was too lazy to do it..so walla..
