R&D session with my lil sister for 1st trail almond macaroon.

taste is okay but I guess its not suitable for any diabetic person ^_^
the looks almost fail as we don't get the flat looks. Ours having the peak on it .
through the reading we assume maybe the white egg and the ground almond wasn't accurate.
Too stiffed and too much.
by the way..its a good snack and crunchy texture. No wonder people crazy for it.
