It was my fav dessert ever.I loved the caramel and the milky flavour.
Put in frezeer for a night..hurmm..Yummie to eat when it was hot sunny day.
I wants to share some basic recepi for Caramel Pudding:-
- 6 small eggs
- 1 cup of fine sugar (you can make it 3/4 if you want)
- 500 ml of fresh milk
- some vanilla extract
- 2 full spoon of corn starch
For caramel:-
- 1 cup of granule sugar
- water
- Heat it up . Stir until it was brown and caramelized.
In another bowl ,mix sugar and eggs untill all was together. Then adding milk ,corn starch and vanilla.Put the caramel sugar as first layer and then just pour the mixture onto it.
You can steam or baked this pudding.
I choose to baked because I don't have steamer.
